Frequently Asked Questions

Some common questions I get asked

Do we need to sign terms and conditions?

Before I start helping you with your planning you will need to sign the contract, pay your deposit and agree to the terms and conditions but if you have any questions about them or need further explanation before signing I’d be happy to help.

I would love you to help plan my wedding, how do I book you?

Woohoo, that’s great news! Your next step is to book a call with me.

You can use my Calendly link on the contact page, to pick the date and time that works best for you

How early should we book you?

Depending on which level of planning you would like from me. If you want the full planning experience then book ASAP!

If you’re just looking for on-the-day coordination then you can book me closer to your date as long as I have at least a month’s notice.

For partial planning you’ll need to book me before you start stressing too much about how much is still left to plan (but remember the longer you leave it, the more likely it is that someone else may have booked me for the day).

What happens if you get sick or can't make it to the day for any reason?

As detailed in our terms and conditions, if I am unable to make your wedding day for any reason I will arrange for a replacement planner for you.

I will pass on all information to the new planner and contact all suppliers to let them know the change.

Will you be there on the day?

Of course! I will be there to set up your dream wedding celebrations, be a touchpoint for guests and vendors so you can enjoy the day.

I will also be there for the breakdown/packages of the wedding celebrations too.

Are there any additional fees that you charge?

I offer optional additional support for my couples but this will all be detailed in the contract and invoices you will receive and sign before we start working together.

There will never be any hidden costs, I know how much stress additional costs can cause and I am here to reduce stress not add to it!

Can we chat with you before we book you?

Of course :) You can use my Calendly link on the contact page to pick the date and time that works best for you.

Do we have to use your preferred suppliers?

I am happy to work with whoever will bring your dream wedding to life. I am here to guide you if you are unsure who you need though.

Do you have a recommended suppliers list?

I have an extensive network of wedding professionals who are highly skilled at what they do, however, I do not have a specific set of suppliers I choose to work with and I’m always happy to work with new people.

Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?

Yes! I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and wouldn’t deny services due to any label a person uses or is subjected to.

How do payments to other suppliers work with you as a planner?

Payments to other suppliers will be sent by you and your partner. I will liaise with suppliers, help you find and book the perfect fits but the payments will be sorted directly between you and each supplier.

How do you keep in touch with clients?

I use email, Instagram direct messages, Facebook messenger, signal, WhatsApp and phone but it is down to you which method/s work best for you.

We're looking at a few different planners, how do you feel about that?

Honestly, it would be strange if you weren’t.

Hiring a wedding planner is a big commitment and I want all couples to hire the perfect planner for them. Each wedding planner is unique in their styles, way of working and communicating and the kinds of weddings they create. Researching your options is always a good thing when it comes to wedding suppliers.

However, if you choose me just know that I will be doing my happy dance.

What services do you offer?

I offer on the day coordination, partial planning and full planning. Check out my packages and prices page to see my offerings and how I can help you.
